I will be doing business on a daily basis with clients. I will not be disclosing any information on clients to anyone unless I have permission by my client. I will not discuss any financial information with anyone but my clients themselves. The safety and security of my clients are my number one priority.

Terms and Conditions:

Turn around times for my commissions will be given when quoted but those times can change due to unforeseen circumstances. I will keep you updated if this occurs. Average turnaround time is 3 months maximum (04/01/23) depending on the color and size of the model(s).

I ship USPS or UPS, I choose whichever is more efficient/faster and cheaper.

They are packed with the utmost care so it is almost impossible for them to break in shipping. I am not responsible if the item is damaged in shipping due to the carrier. If an item is damaged in shipping a claim with be filed with usps.

I require the full payment down for paintwork upfront minus shipping which will be calculated out upon completion.

Other payments can be arranged if needed.

Please do not paint over my work or alter it in anyway after purchasing as it can misinterpret what exactly was my work. If you would like something changed or added pleasse don’t hesitate to contact me and I will work with you! 

Repairs and Refunds:

These models are works of art that you want to come to life. I cannot claim my work to be LSQ or flawless but my work has been placing well at shows. I am human and I cannot make everything perfect.

 If you put money down and decide you no longer want the commission I unfortunately will not give a refund as that will waste materials, their costs and my time! 

NO refunds will be given on already painted models unless I believe the situation qualifies for a refund. Keep this in mind.

I can do repairs on certain models depending on the severity of the flaw. I prefer being in touch before contacting a repair artist! I do have certain recommendations.

Time Payments:

Time payments welcome. Please email me to discuss. I also do offer time payments through afterpay.

Time payments through PayPal can also be arranged.

PIF does have priority over time payments.

Payment Plans-

under a month for any purchases < $250

under 3 months for any purchases > $250

If these plans are not possible for you i’m willing to work out something else depending on the situation.

All payments are non refundable, If you cannot complete payments all funds will be forfeited.

Any payments that are not received by/on the dates discussed are subject to a $10 late fee after 5 business days have passed. Please make sure you are paying on time and by the dates agreed upon.

Unfortunately this is a new rule due to people not making payments when agreed upon..
